I install it in target phone and follow all prompts to the letter because I am IT person. It installs and I log in to the DASHBOARD and it identifies phone make and model and upto that point I have hope. It asks for patience as it collects and synchronizes data. 24-48 hours later, NOTHING... Still the same way and I have target phone at hand to confirm first if it can work for me. Pictures attached below.

I write an e-mail asking for a REFUND. Here's their response
